Out of Hours
On weekdays between the hours of 6.30pm and 8.00am, and all day and night at weekends and on bank holidays, services are commissioned by Hampshire Primary Care Trust.  If you wish to see an emergency doctor, phone Locks Road on 01489 583777 or Whiteley on 01489 881982

Test Results
If any tests are taken, it is your responsibility to telephone the surgery for the results. Please only telephone between 1.00pm and 3.00pm. If you wish to discuss the results, please request a routine telephone conversation with your GP or Nurse.

Cancelling your Appointment
If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone either surgery. 

The GP Patient Survey 2010/11

The Department of Health is running a GP patient survey again this year to access patients experiences of their local NHS services

Survey specialist Ipsos MORI continues to run the survery on our behalf

Since April 2009 the survey has been sent to a sample of patients at each GP practice every quarter with around 1.4 million patients being invited to take part

The survey covers isues that concern patients such as access to care and satisfaction wiht treatment

If you receive a questionnaire please fill it in and send back as soon as you can

It is really important to us that we hear your views even if you have recieved a questionnaire like this before

Your responses will help us to improve the servcies we currently provide for patients

Patients selected to taker part in the quarterly survey will be sent a questionnaire during one of the followig weeks:

Week commencing 5th April 2010

Week commencing 5th July 2010

Week commencing 4th October 2010

Week commencing 3rd January 2011
