Out of Hours
On weekdays between the hours of 6.30pm and 8.00am, and all day and night at weekends and on bank holidays, services are commissioned by Hampshire Primary Care Trust.  If you wish to see an emergency doctor, phone Locks Road on 01489 583777 or Whiteley on 01489 881982

Test Results
If any tests are taken, it is your responsibility to telephone the surgery for the results. Please only telephone between 1.00pm and 3.00pm. If you wish to discuss the results, please request a routine telephone conversation with your GP or Nurse.

Cancelling your Appointment
If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone either surgery.

  • Yellow Fever Centres - The Locks Road practice is an authorised centre for yellow fever immunisations by appointment with the practice nurses. They are available to all patients, including those not reqistered with this group practice.
  • red crossPhysiotherapy Clinic - Appointments are available via your doctor who will refer you if appropriate.
  • Registered patients aged 16-75 who have not been seen for three years may request a consultation.
  • Registered patients aged over 75 years who have not been seen in the previous 12 months may request a consultation.
(If you are unable to attend the surgery for these checks because of your medical condition a home visit may be arranged.)
