REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS

green pillsIf you are on regular medication you will have received a computerised prescription with a tear-off strip to the right, which is torn off before you hand your prescription to the chemist. Keep the tear-off strip and use it for your next prescription request, tick the items you need for resupply and either post it or place in the Repeat Prescription Box by the entrance.

Alternatively you can now order your repeat medication via the link on the home page of this website.

Routine prescriptions TAKE TWO WORKING DAYS TO PROCESS. You may prefer to use a collection service or nominate a pharmacy in the local area. Please speak to one of the reception team for information.

Medication not on a repeat slip or new medication from a hospital consutant or clinic will need to be authorised by your GP and will take longer.

All repeat prescription requests must be made in writing. We regret we cannot accept telephoned or faxed requests for repeat prescriptions.
