If you are on regular medication you will have received a computerised prescription with a tear-off strip to the right, which is torn off before you hand your prescription to the chemist. Keep the tear-off strip and use it for your next prescription request, tick the items you need for resupply and either post it or place in the Repeat Prescription Box by the entrance or on the front reception desk.
Alternatively you can now order your repeat medication via the link on the home page of this website.
All repeat prescription requests must be made in writing. We regret we cannot accept telephoned or faxed requests for repeat prescriptions.
You may prefer to use a collection service or nominate a pharmacy in the local area, please speak to one of the reception team for information. Please note if you wish to use this service, please visit your preferred pharmacy as you will be required to fill in some forms before this can happen.
Routine prescriptions TAKE TWO FULL WORKING DAYS TO PROCESS . Medication NOT on a repeat slip or new medication from a hospital consultant or clinic will need to be authorised by your GP and will take UP TO FIVE WORKING DAYS. If you have any questions/queries about your prescription please ask to speak to one of our very experience Prescription Clerks who will be happy to help.
