Out of Hours
On weekdays between the hours of 6.30pm and 8.00am, and all day and night at weekends and on bank holidays, services are commissioned by Hampshire Primary Care Trust.  If you wish to see an emergency doctor, phone Locks Road on 01489 583777 or Whiteley on 01489 881982

Test Results
If any tests are taken, it is your responsibility to telephone the surgery for the results. Please only telephone between 1.00pm and 3.00pm. If you wish to discuss the results, please request a routine telephone conversation with your GP or Nurse.

Cancelling your Appointment
If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone either surgery.

Mrs Jeannette Atkins AMSPAR Dip PCM ( 2006 ) is responsible for the day to day running of the Practice(s) and if you have any queries about administration or non-medical aspects of your health or treatment please do not hesitate to contact in writing or by telephone

Mrs Ann Binns is responsible for all Information Technology and Management within the Practice and works closly with the Practice Manager on all data quality issues

The Secretarial Team consists of three and is led by Senior Secretary Mrs Gaynor Harris who under instruction from the Partners and Practice Manager are available to assist with any problems or concerns you have regarding hospital referrals, reports or letters

Mrs Wendy Allcock Reception Manager (f)
The Reception Team is led by Reception Manager Mrs Wendy Allcock whom is available by telephone or prior arrangment to assist you with any concerns or complaints you have with accessing the services provided by the Practice

Mrs Cynthia Jones works closly with the Reception Manager to ensure staff are highly trained and knowledgable on all aspects of General Practice enabling them to provide the total quality service the Partners and Practice Manager wish for all their patients, families and visitors alike
